Hi, I’m Karl! I’m a Software Engineer and Leader. I started out in IT in 2000 at a local computer store. Since then, I have worked on award-winning video games, built and led teams, worked in e-commerce and fintech, and even co-founded a game studio. I’ve worked with many engines, platforms, and programming languages - change and learning are constant!

I’m a Technical Consultant, sharing my 18+ years of industry experience. I’ve shipped products to market for 13+ platforms (that’s counting PC as a single platform!). I have a strong drive to get quality products to market. I really, really like to ship.

I live in Vancouver, BC with my wife Olya and our two bunnies.
